Hi, I’m Jennie

A copywriter, content strategist, and creative collaborator who’s just as comfortable writing a product detail page as I am shaping a brand voice from the ground up.

Over the years, I’ve worked across agency, in-house, and nonprofit teams—writing everything from campaign headlines and paid media to voiceover scripts, web pages, packaging, and internal messaging. I’ve concepted creative campaigns, refined messaging hierarchies, and jumped into more “can-you-write-this-real-quick?” projects than I can count.

My background spans industries like retail, entertainment, mental health, data analytics, senior living, and more. That means I know how to flex messaging across audiences while keeping it clear, on-brand, and engaging.

Before fully diving into marketing and brand work, I spent years in the editorial world—interviewing artists, writing features, and helping produce lifestyle content with heart and cultural insight. That foundation still shows up in how I write: story-first, voice-led, and rooted in connection.

Outside of work, I’m a mom to two incredible daughters. My oldest is sharp, creative, and bold in the best way—she inspires me daily. My youngest is in kindergarten and on the spectrum, which means life often shifts in a moment—and so does my approach. It’s made me even more adaptable, empathetic, and laser-focused on what really matters (in life and in work).

Currently freelancing out of the Chicago metro area—collaborating with teams who move fast, think big, and appreciate a well-placed em dash.
